I called Clay somewhat desperate to have someone fix a pump issue with my dad's pond. Although we were technically outside his service area, he said he would be glad to take care of it. Within just a few days, a member of his team identified the issue and had a solution. Clay called to walk through the options and detail the costs. Most impressive was that when the pump seemed to be malfunctioning again just a couple of weeks later, he sent someone out to adjust it at no additional cost. I appreciate his quick responsiveness - he is someone I would trust with any outdoor/landscape job.

New Hope Aquascapes have been amazing to work with. They have done several different projects for me, so I figured it was time to write them a review. They have installed a drainage system for my yard, laid down weed barrier and 2 pallets of mulch, dug out and removed old brick from my front walk and installed a new beautiful flagstone path, and they also mow my grass every month.They are wonderful to work with, always polite and professional. I highly recommend this company, and will continue to reach out to them for any future landscaping or yard projects.

We have a waterfalls cascading down into a pond that needed cleaned. I spoke with Clay and I couldn’t have talked with a more pleasant and professional business man. He scheduled me as soon as he could. The two gentlemen, Draven and Daniel spent the day here and worked as hard as I’ve ever seen anyone work. After draining the pond they went to work to get all of my rocks power washed, the sludge and leaves cleaned off of the bottom and were so careful not to injure my frogs 🐸. I kept teasing them about my frogs and they really had a great sense of humor. When they finished, my waterfalls and pond were crystal clear and the rock colors shown beautifully through the falls. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work. I enjoyed having them here and the time they took to make sure everything was cleaned. We have used new hope for all of our landscaping needs. They mowed and maintained my yard weekly last summer. They was Always on time and done professional work. They always striped my yard,edged sidewalks and driveway,and cleaned everything off after mowing. I also had them build a pond less water fall. All of the work they do is affordable and high quality. I am planning on using them again this summer.
